Whelan Petroleum Personnel works closely with our foreign clients to ensure personnel concerns relating to securing proper work permits for their foreign workers in Canada are minimized. Our staff work closely with Services Canada, Canadian Border Services and Immigration Canada to ensure a smooth transition for their employees entering the Canadian work force.

Local Purchasing and Accounts Payable:
WHELAN PETROLEUM PERSONNEL offers a system of local purchasing and accounts payable to help clients limit the clerical requirements in their day-to-day business operations.  Through Purchase Requisitions provided by a client’s office, we can manage local purchasing and payment, summarizing total purchases on WHELAN PETROLEUM PERSONNEL’s invoice.  This can be done on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly period to meet the client’s accounting requirements.
