Scope of Services
Newfoundland Personnel Inc. is able to provide our client with a full range of staffing services. Whether your needs are for full-time, contract, temporary, temporary to full-time, flex-staffing or outsourcing, we can respond effectively and quickly to meet and service your needs.

Temporary Hire:
We can place our employees with your company from 4 hours to indefinitely.  The employee we place with your company is our responsibility.  We are the employer of record. All the government remittances and deductions are handled by our office. One invoice for the number of hours worked per week is all you, our client, would have to handle.  We guarantee all our placements. 

Temporary to Full-Time
We offer you the opportunity to hire any Newfoundland Personnel Inc. employee who has completed 520 hours (13 weeks) of employment with your company, with no additional fees.   If you wish to hire a member of our field staff before completion of this time period, the fee is prorated based on the amount of time they have been assigned to your organization. 

Full- Time Hire
For positions paying less than $30,000 the cost for us to find the right match would be 10% of the annual salary.  For positions paying over $30,000, we would refer you to the Executive Search division of Newfoundland Personnel.  We guarantee all our placements.
