For this reason, we are able to determine very quickly the availability of the staff appropriate for your requirements. We will tailor our follow up calls to your specifications, ensuring you will always know when to expect our next call.Order Follow-UpOur role in placing fully qualified employees in your organization does not end the day they enter your office. Your continued business is very important to us, and we want to assure ourselves that we have completely met your needs.You will receive an arrival call from us on the employee’s first day of assignment. If, within the first 4 hours you are not satisfied, we will replace her/him and you will not be charged for the hours worked. Towards the end of the first day, we will follow up to ensure the employee is meeting all requirements. This means any issues are handled immediately and appropriate action is taken. It is also a benefit to Newfoundland Personnel Inc., as we will be able to determine if our search and placement process is meeting your specific needs. Continuing follow up calls will occur for the duration of the employee’s placement with your organization. If, at any time during the placement you are not satisfied we will replace that person – that’s our Guarantee.InvoicingOur invoices are issued on a weekly / biweekly basis, and include each field employee’s name and number of hours worked. The invoices can be customized.
