Newfoundland Personnel Inc. was incorporated in 1983 to respond to a market need for a quality, full service, placement and search agency.  Since that time, we have developed into an organization that provides a quality staffing.  We provide temporary staff in times of shortage due to vacation, illness, projects and growth.  NPI will also provide full-time placement of administrative, light industrial, skilled trade, information technology candidates, as well as customized specialty services.Our mission at Newfoundland Personnel Inc. is to become the source of choice for our clients’ most valuable corporate resource, namely their employees.  We will achieve this by providing uncompromising value and level of service in our field that is second to none.

Response Time on Orders
Newfoundland Personnel Inc. offers a most up to date tracking and retrieval systems.  For this reason, we are able to determine very quickly the availability of the staff appropriate for your requirements.  Our goal is to work with you and provide qualified temporaries in a timely manner.  Our staff will keep you updated on a regular basis regarding the progress being made in meeting your staffing needs.  We will tailor our follow up calls to your specifications, ensuring you will always know when to expect our next call.

Order Follow-Up
Our role in placing fully qualified employees in your organization does not end the day they enter your office.  Your continued business is very important to us, and we want to assure ourselves that we have completely met your needs.

You will receive an arrival call from us on the employee’s first day of assignment.  If, within the first 4 hours you are not satisfied, we will replace her/him and you will not be charged for the hours worked. Towards the end of the first day, we will follow up to ensure the employee is meeting all requirements.  This means any issues are handled immediately and appropriate action is taken.  It is also a benefit to Newfoundland Personnel Inc., as we will be able to determine if our search and placement process is meeting your specific needs.  Continuing follow up calls will occur for the duration of the employee’s placement with your organization. If, at any time during the placement you are not satisfied we will replace that person – that’s our Guarantee.

Invoicing
Our invoices are issued on a weekly / biweekly basis, and include each field employee’s name and number of hours worked.   The invoices can be customized.
