Accounts Specialist - Heating Division

We are seeking an Accounts Specialist for the Heat Division of our client's business. If you have experience dealing with commercial, industrial or residential clients for heating products and services, or you are ready to put the tool box down and take your career to the next level, this may the right opportunity.

The successful candidate should possess the following:

CET with heat specialty or Burner Mechanic with related customer service experience
Basic core knowledge of burner driven heating systems
Ability to read blueprints and understand building codes to determine layout of heating systems and components required
Ability to identify required tools and special equipment in order to advise
Knowledge of ISO is an asset
Computer knowledge

Senior - Fire and Safety Technical Services Technician

Leadership role in the daily operations of Fire and Safety Technical Services Division.
Under the direction of the Fire and Safety Technical Services Business Unit Manager, assist in supervising the daily workings of the Fire and Safety Technical Services Team including the allocation of work assignments, review of project specifications, product requirements, sales and completion of bids for tenders/ projects.
Weekly responsibilities will also include inspection, testing, servicing and maintaining fixed and portable fire protection equipment as well as fire alarm and suppression systems.
The ideal candidate shall possess supervisory experience in the fire protection industry.
Further knowledge of applicable Provincial and National Codes / Regulations relating to the
fire protection industry.
Experience in fire alarms, sprinkler systems, fire extinguishers, kitchen systems, fire suppression systems (CO2, Inergen, Sapphire), foam fire fighting systems, and portable fire equipment is a necessity.
Familiarity with computers and work order systems would be an asset. Fire Protection Sales experience will also be considered an asset.
