Position overview

·                 Cost controlling related to projects

·                 Establish and implement relevant routines for financial control and reporting

·                 Reporting related to GST/HST and other necessary tax/duty reporting

·                 Preparation of annual budget in liaison with relevant managers and other personnel within the company

·                 Preparing monthly finance reports to agreed formats and quality standards and deliver to set deadlines (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

·                 Perform deviation analysis/financial statistics and give recommendations to management

·                 Provide reconciliation and analysis of balance sheet accounts and analysis of financial statements

·                 In liaison with Management ensure compliance and financial control

Preferred Qualification

·                 Bachelor Degree in Economics or qualified accountant

·                 Experience of similar work, especially related to larger projects

·                 Familiar with Excel
