This person will offer 5 years plus of Project Management with technical personnel and has worked in the IT industry.
An MBA candidate is preferred but also looking for a Certified Project Management Professional as an additional asset.
Working with the Project Manager is an Intermediate Software Developer who will be responsible for developing components and web applications using C+, .NET and Microsoft SQL Server, along with designing software and mentoring junior software developers. The Intermediate SD will need 5 years plus of experience in software development, inclusive of enterprise web applications, C+, .NET and Microsoft tools and technologies. Experience in the development of commercial applications is considered a definite asset

Corporate Law Clerk
Seeking a qualified and experience Corporate Law Clerk who will under the supervision of the responsible lawyers.
The candidate will have experience in the specific profession so they have worked with various government agencies to solicit information, have a familiarity with and an ongoing interest in government legislation and legal issues.
Corporate/Commercial law knowledge is a benefit, but all other law knowledge will be considered. Candidates must have a minimum 5 years legal secretarial training, or university degree, paralegal certification or equivalent training.
