We begin by having a solid understanding of a candidates’ background and career aspirations. In some instances The Comprehensive Personality Profile® may be administered to obtain information about a candidates’ personality, for the client that pertains to the specific job. We can also profile our candidates on our website for employers to ‘view’ a candidates’ portfolio while keeping the identity confidential until an interested client would like to proceed with an interview.
